Methodology and Curriculum Training is a very intense but enjoyable and rewarding learning experience. Sessions are designed to challenge players technically, tactically, physically and mentally through a variety of competitive and progressive activities.
Our program will provide to you a training regiment that will be mentored by the coaches and self-directed by the athletes. Follow up and accountability will be the focus of the coaches to ensure personal progress and development at an individual and small group level.
As far as time and location goes, there are two macro components: (1) This is a self-directed, coach-guided and mentored program. Primary responsibility for working out will be on the athlete in an assigned small group. The athlete will be using a number of soccer specific apps for this program (2) Initial Trainings and Intermittent Accountability/Testing Sessions: The coaches will meet with all of the athletes for the first couple of weeks to introduce the program. These sessions will be in the late evenings (exact time TBD). Location will be the high school. Once the athlete is trained on what he is to do, he will work out in small groups and then meet with the coaches intermittently in small groups for assessment and accountability.
Soccer Topics While the focus will initially be the physical and technical components, the coaches may work with your son/daughter on any of the following soccer topics:
Physical - Fit and conditioned
Hard Work It takes 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to become a top class soccer athlete. This program should accelerate the learning process through a specialized training curriculum designed around the distinct needs of the player that can be difficult to teach in a large group and/or team environment. Emphasis is placed on technique, decision-making, and building player confidence. By fully and actively participating in this program players can expect greater success in their chosen area of concentration.
Cancellation Policy Missed sessions are not made up. No refunds will be issued.
Coaches Our coaches are licensed and certified by the USSF and/or NSCAA.
