Player Fees & Uniform Info – Varsity, JV, and Freshman 

We are currently in Year 1 of our 3-year uniform cycle. Players will keep and reuse their uniform for future seasons. While we aim to extend the cycle when possible, uniforms are only guaranteed for three years. This year marks the start of a new rotation with the purchase of new uniforms.

🏫 A. BASE FEES (Paid to Madison High School)
1. MHS Participation Fee: $75
2. Soccer Program Fees:

• Game Filming & Breakdown: $80
• Team Activities & Equipment: $114
• Transportation: $50

Total Soccer Program Fees: $244
Fee Total (including MHS Fee): $319 paid directly to Madison High School.

👕 B. REQUIRED UNIFORM KIT (Paid to Madison High School - One-Time Purchase). You keep your uniform and use it for at least 3 years. 
Uniform Fee: $216.00 paid directly to Madison High School.

• 1 Red Jersey
• 1 White Jersey
• 1 Red Short
• 1 White Short
• 1 Pair Red Socks

Item 7 of 9: NOCSAE-approved shin guards (Required for games)

Item 8 of 9: Winter Jacket - We will not be buying a jacket this year for the team. You may wear whatever jacket you have this year. Next yer,  because the school is phasing out the color black, we will be buying a new jacket.

Item 9 of 9: VERY TIGHT White Compression Shorts (2 pairs)

• Needed by Day 4 of practice
• Worn at every practice to prevent pulls/sprains
• Loose shorts will not work
